Baverstock Defence Limited has been formally incorporated as a private limited company registered in England and Wales, continuing the family's long involvement in defence and defence-adjacent operations on the Baverstock site in Wiltshire.
The company will pursue Ministry of Defence contract supply, prime contractor sub-tier engagement, international sourcing and brokerage, and consolidated dispatch operations from the fifty-acre former Royal Air Force depot.
